What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled within 48 hours prior to check-in.

You can make a reservation directly through our website or by contacting our reservation team via phone or email.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal for online bookings.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our accommodations without prior written consent by hosts.

Breakfast is not included in your stay package. Alternatively, a guest could hire a chef to come in and cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  Please inquire with hosts prior to check-in.

Do you offer airport shuttle services?

Yes, we offer airport shuttle services for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Yes, we are conveniently located near several attractions and activities including beaches, hiking trails, and local markets.

Our rooms come equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and toiletries.  With over 60 amenities, this is truly a home away from home.

Yes, we offer complimentary onsite parking for our guests.

We recommend booking your stay at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, like us, we appreciate places that offer last minute bookings.  We’re happy to host you any time if the dates allow for it.
